What’s the difference between Antiperspirants and Deodorants?

• Antiperspirants and Deodorants offer different types of protection: deodorants protect you against odour under the armpits, whereas Antiperspirants protect you against sweat and odour

• Antiperspirants contain aluminium salts as the active ingredient to stop the sweat glands in your armpits from producing sweat. This means no sweat, no wet feeling, and therefore no bad smell. They often also incorporate fragrances to keep you smelling fresh
• Deodorants don’t stop your body from sweating, but they use fragranced ingredients to mask odours and keep you smelling fresh

Which one should I use?

This comes down to both lifestyle and personal preference!

For those who plan to work up a sweat, or have a busy work day planned where you don’t want wet armpits, then an antiperspirant will keep you fresh and dry.
